Come meet fellow PENN/Wharton alums to celebrate the French National Day (Bastille Day) at the house of Breton (people of Brittany) French in Singapore!
How do French celebrate the Bastille Day? Drink and eat! That’s what we will do at this themed small group dinner.
What is Brittany famous for? Butter (claimed best butter in the world), seafood (treasures of this maritime region), crepe (originated in Brittany), apple cider, and salted butter caramel. We will have some taste of these traditional food fare at the house. Fusion maritime cuisine will be served, e.g. ceviche (for the lover of fish).
The dinner is hosted by Carolyn Deng, WG '14. Cost of dinner and alcohol will be covered by host. Feel free to bring wine if you want extra drinks!
Limited for first six sign-ups with preference given to people who have not attended a small group dinner before. Please add yourself
to waitlist if you have attended more than one small group dinner.
Event starts at 5pm onwards (bring your swimsuit if you want a dip, drink starting at 6pm)
