A get-together for Penn/Wharton fitness enthusiasts! We will meet at 800am for a warmup followed by a programmed workout potentially including running, pullups, pushups, squats, and other bodyweight exercises. While the movements can be scaled based on ability, the workout will be challenging so please only sign up if you are in good health and exercise regularly. After freshening up at the nearby showers, we will have brunch at Tanjong Beach Club at around 930am. The cost of brunch will be covered.
